We will offer a full refund within 14 days if the customer provided the requested documentation and we have been unable to provide the purchased service. Refunds will be paid by bank transfer, or, credited to the customer’s credit card, based on his/her preference.
We provide boat registrations and MMSI assignements, custom made to the clients. With such, we can not accept any returns.
The customers can request a cancellation of the purchased service. If it has been made before we started the translation service, a full refund will be issued; if cancelled after translation, but before submission to the authorities, a 50% refund will be issued. After the submission to the authorities, cancellation is no longer possible.
We will provide a provisional certificate within 1 week after all the documentation is sent by the customer. This will be sent by e-mail. After 30 days of the provisional certificate, we will send by post the final registration certificate. 6 weeks after the registration certificate we will send by post the MMSI certificate (if requested).
